Cappy’s and Bell’s team up to raise funds for Lauren Hill Foundation

Local craft beer, wine, and liquor shop, Cappy’s Craft, Wine and Spirits, will be hosting a three-day event to raise funds for the Lauren Hill Foundation in conjunction with Bell’s Brewing Company.  Cappy’s BellsFest will take place from Thursday, August 6 at 11am through Saturday, August 8 at 10pm.  It will feature great beers, including hard to find draft only options, along with food trucks and music.

They will have several Bell’s beers on draft, including: Oberon, Two Hearted, Amber Ale, Lager of the Lakes, Midwestern Pale Ale, Deb’s Red, Vintage 2014 Double Cream Stout, and Vintage 2014 Expedition Stout!  There will also be Bell’s swag and $7 Oberon 64oz growler fills all weekend.

Food, Games, and Music

On Saturday at 4:30pm there will be a special Ribbon Cutting Ceremony with the Loveland Chamber of Commerce followed by live music on the patio from 6-8pm!  A charity dunk tank will be setup on Saturday where you can dunk Ben, the owner of Cappy’s!  You get three throws for $5 with all proceeds donated to the Lauren Hill Foundation.

CincyBeerBrats will be selling their Oberon and Two Hearted Beer Brat packs for with $1 every pack sold be donated to the Lauren Hill Foundation.  Also, $1.00 from each Bell’s pint or growler purchased will be donated to the Lauren Hill Foundation.

Additionally, Ben will match all donations up to $2,500!

Food trucks will be on-hand each day, including the tasty Beerded Pig BBQ.

Special Keg Tappings

Thursday at 4pm: Boiling Point Pale Ale and Wild One Sour.

Friday at 4pm: Sparkleberry Belgian Tripel w/ Raspberry and Hop Solution DIPA.

Saturday at 4pm:  Wedding Ale (Belgian Wit) and Whiskey Barrel Aged Porter.
