Rhinegeist Adding Two New Bottles
Hot off the presses are two new label approvals for the next two large-format bottles from Rhinegeist. The Over-The-Rhine brewery is set to bottle their Andromeda pale ale and barrel-aged Pandamonium stout.
We’ve seen both of these beers in draft form in the past few months but now they will be packaged to make it easier to enjoy on your own terms. You can generally find these bottles in Kroger and better bottle shops around town. Keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks for them to hit shelves.
This is another variation of their popular single hopped pale ales after Mosaic and Equinox. The bottle description reads, “Single hopped Pale Ale with Galaxy hops that repost with peach, orange and freshly cut grass notes.” You should be able to find this on draft at the brewery and around time if you want to try a pint before buying a bottle.
This is a newer release that is a blend of their Panther, Panda, and Ink stouts aged in locally distilled George Remus Bourbon barrels. The label description reads, “A melange of our darkest barrel-aged brews, resulting in a complex and rich blend with notes of toasted vanilla, roasted malt and redolent dark fruits.” This could be fun to experiment with some aging so you may want to consider grabbing a couple bottles.
